Format MSD Card ( Fat32 or NTSF )

which one should i do? i did format it NTSF and when i inserted it into my hero it said unsupported format or something, or do i have to make sure i move all the files and folders over to the new one?

Definitely do FAT32. It's siginificantly faster than NTFS and definitely prefered for small file systems. The only reason NTFS is used for most hard drives and such is becuase FAT32 can only support files smaller than 4GB.
