Root Found the solution to ALL Ultra problems. (Tongue in cheek)

As the title says all problems solved........I bought a Rush.

After the abuse of my job damn near wrecked the ultra (cracked screen, only charges when it wants to, etc,etc) finally had enough and bought a rush. I hope some of the great devs that have worked on this phone move over there. As a bonus now I can try making a rom for the ultra, have been too afraid to brick it as it was my work phone but now since it a $200 toy for my 4 year oldd its time to try to give back to the community.

Thanks to everyone who made this phone sooooo much better than stock, for that matter actualy make it work (screen fix).
 
Maybe you need to learn how to read as the post was made in a joking way. Read the whole post before commenting as i dont think it would make sense for me to post thank yous to the tu devs in the rush forums. Good day to you sir!!!
 
Ya know i wrote a lengthy reply but thought better than to post.....bottom line it was meant as a joke as the title said and a thank you. Sorry if it offended. Btw i love the ultra it was onky replaced due to work abuse....
 
Yeah no problem.

On another note kinda ironic i live troy also. Justnthought that was funny to see. Tiny city and 2 of us not only on phandroid but the ultra section no less.
 
I'll film it on my transform ultra's camera which despite being the same exact camera.. I SHALL CLAIM IT TO BE SUPERIOR!
 
I spent the weekend with my cousin the apple fanboy.. a title I don't understand at all considering he knows atleast twice as much as I do about technology... oh the shenanigans we got into bashing each others franchise.
 
Need to edit this post title now....solved all rush problems....

returned the rush and got a new TU.

Nuff said.
 
I will give you the pros and cons...

First and foremost overall, without actually comparing specs which I have not, the rush seems to be just like the tu without being a slider.

Pros:
ICS really like some of the features, although megatron has added some of these to tu.
Bigger Battery, though not sure it lasted longer.
might be more, have to update later....

Cons:
Signal seemed to be weaker everywhere.
Apps took longer to start.
LOTS of app force closes.
Not a slider, i know most phones are not sliders now but a feature I love nonetheless.
Virtually no community support yet, this is probably the biggest con for me, down the road I may buy one again if there is more support.
