This happened to me...

Luckily the Nexus 4 toolkit saved my phone. Just plugged it in and re-installed the drivers and everything went back to unlocked, rooted stock.
So I'm currently running the 4.2.2 ROM via the toolkit. If I want to flash over the Franco Kernel... Should I flash that ROM again, or just go into Clockwork Mod Recovery and just flash the kernel?
