Root Franco Kernel

This happened to me...

Luckily the Nexus 4 toolkit saved my phone. Just plugged it in and re-installed the drivers and everything went back to unlocked, rooted stock.

So I'm currently running the 4.2.2 ROM via the toolkit. If I want to flash over the Franco Kernel... Should I flash that ROM again, or just go into Clockwork Mod Recovery and just flash the kernel?

No need to reflash the ROM. Flashing the kernel will suffice as kernels can be changed independently (doesn't mean it'll work right with the ROM though).
