Help froxe on boost screan

i got a sofewear update today and when i hit update my Galaxy Prevail froze on the boost screan. i did a hard reboot and a sofe reboot,, took the bat. out and nothing. it wont fix even the boost store dont know whats wrong. help

youll get it eventully....sometimes it can take a bit...when GB came out it was like that...some people got it right away...others like myself had to wait a while..but it came like a week after everyone els lol

My system update system app has been running but it was a no go.
So I been force closing for a week now. XD waste my battery running all day.
 
I'm in the same boat.... phone freezes at the boost mobile screen. Happened starting yesterday; tried factory reset, nothing. Need to remove battery to turn off. Only thing I did was activate superuser, have done nothing beyond that.

If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it. Going on vacation in a week and need my phone.
