The logical place to put a door like this is somewhere unimportant, like a hospital!

Actually, that's how the door looked to the intensive care ward where I had a family member.
The point there was to make sure that there was no casual entry without visitors following safety protocols.
Beyond that door was hell on Earth.
They also do it for some maternity wards.

This image either comes from an odd art book, fairy tale, children's horror story book, or it is VERY similar in artistic style to one. I'm suddenly filled with the need to know what the hell it is trying to evoke in the murky depths of my memory!
