Galaxy Models

There is slight differences in the 515 and the 9250 if that's what you mean. 515 being the LTE version and the 9250 being the GSM version which is what Google offers. Battery is different, bigger in the LTE variant. I think that's it.
 
I don't think there technically is a "Google Galaxy Nexus". The term is used to refer to the Galaxy Nexus that was sold by Google; and in that sense it merely means that the Nexus gets its Android updates directly from Google when the update is released, whereas those not sold by Google through the Play Store are updated by Samsung/the mobile carrier and typically have at least a two month wait before they get Android updates.

While, as mentioned above, there are two versions of the phone, i9250 and i515, both can be a "Samsung Galaxy Nexus". Instead, it is the "device" ID, based on software build, that determines if it is a "Google Galaxy Nexus" -- the Google versions are all takju (US version w/ Google Wallet) and yakju (International version). The versions updated by Samsung/mobile carriers include toro, toroplus, yakjuux, yakjuxw, and several others.
