Scary stuff Anti...funny thing about kids isn't it...they take something pretty serious and think it's cool, lol.

One of my wife's co-workers' kids (3 year old boy) somehow managed to cut through a plugged in iron cord with his safety scissors and she of course panicked and called 911 and everything because she was afraid he got shocked. All he wanted to talk about the next couple of weeks was the sparks, big bang, and fire trucks coming to his house, lol.

Good morning everyone - got some catching up to do but have someone started yesterday that reports to me so trying to get them situated with work and enough things to keep them busy.

Morning everyone :) JDX seems to be running smoothly so far, but I must say, I do miss some of JBsourcery's customizations. It'll take me a bit to get used to swiping down the notification bar and hitting the upper-right icon to reveal my toggles, rather than simply having the ones I want in the bar itself.

I'm also not really a fan of 4.2's transition from camera on the unlock circle to side screen swipe. Does this mean the ability to add other apps to the unlock circle has been phased out?
 
... good morning everyone what is worse being in your bed and not sleeping because of nerves or being on a hospital pull out bed but are extremely tired and exhausted?

DID anyone make the coffee this morning?? and can i get a double??
 
It's a gorgeous day here today. 80 on the nose, and a nice light breeze. Too bad we have 15-20 degrees to go till summer. :p

Eh, at least my Chromebook should be coming back shortly from Samsung. I'll have to change the shipping to my work since UPS can't get in the building, but that's some piece of tech I'll have back.
Speaking of which, anyone know why an N7 won't turn on? Haven't used it in a while, but even plugging it in, it won't turn on. Wondering if it needs just more battery life to work or if there's a deeper issue. :confused:

Edit: Saw the Reddit stream about this. Sorry, but too many foul words I could use to describe this situation, so I'll just bite my virtual tongue. ;)

Ugh, Anti, just read the Pebble update. I really don't want a black one. Guess I'll just keep playing the waiting game. :rolleyes:
 
So anyone have a suggestion for what I would like to do?

Can I go on a plane and hook my phone up to GoGo wifi, and then use that connection by bluetooth or wifi to my laptop, and then to my tablet when the laptop battery dies? I paid for the wifi once for the whole flight and believe that I should be able to use it on both my devices in sequence (not simultaneously of course). Is this legit under TOS (if not, then mea culpa) and do-able?
 
sorry treo I don't fly much so i really could not tell you what to do

but on a good note my Raspberry Pi just arrived at my house today WHOOOOO time to go into nerd mode
