Try that one. Essentially stock with some performance improvements.
 
Tropical update. Nice looking hurricane forming out in the Atlantic. No threat to the US at this time. Also, Isaac remnants have reorganized a bit in the Gulf and possibly going to form into another tropical depression, potentially a tropical storm.

LMAO that's priceless - oh the iPeople.

I do find I get delayed texts with iPhone people sometimes too. Oh well - not my fault, it happens with no one else.
 
It makes me wonder what apple does that so special to create such zombies. That way I can replicate it to sell people something and become rich myself. Their ads aren't even that good, the stupid saying from and old commercial "(the camera) can do things no others can because it's a iphone". Lol, what?
 
Apple's products are easy to use. The friend in that conversation is not exactly what you would call tech-savvy. She wants her phone to, and I quote, "do email, web surfing, Pinterest, and Twitter." That's about it. She likes the simplicity of iOS, and, yes, also likes that the iPhone is hip and trendy. I can't blame her for her choice... but I can poke a little fun. :D
 
iSheep are hilarious :) They love their iDevices and have no clue why. They just know it works and does what they want it to do.

Edit: Oh and it has a RETINA DISPLAY!! OMG!
 
I agree it's easy, almost numbly so. While some of the stuff we do with android isn't so easy, the stuff the average person does isn't exactly difficult to do on modern android phones either. Maybe it's that most people have the deep desire/urge to be part of a crowd and not an individual. It's how cliques are formed and demonstrate the exact same idea of an iphone being a status symbol, just like being popular.
 
My take on iDevices now...they are bought for one of two purposes:

1.) Ease of use for the either technoligically challenged or for those who simply want to surf the web and check e-mail and facebook.

2.) Status symbol.
 
I get the itch to want a new phone like anyone else, but so far have been satisfied with my nexus since launch day. I just wish I got signal in the building I work. Outside is full signal, inside no such luck. An Iphone wouldn't last me a month. I would go broke buying upgrades at full retail much to the delight of oems.

Honestly haven't checked it in a while. Going to do that now, haha. School has started and teachers are probably grading homework and tests...should see some growth.

Edit: WOW Tons of growth! Was around 250 active installs as of August 12th according to the graph. Now I'm at 475 and growing! I'm seeing an average of 1,000 ad impressions per day and getting SOME click throughs (0.33% lol), better than nothing. Not really doing it for money, but seeing it being used that much is great! Lets me know people like it and use it.
 
The moment when you go to pay your credit card and for some reason they tell you don't owe for the month...priceless.

I don't know why either? I got credit protection when I went back to school because I was driving 106 miles everyday 5 days a week. Unfortunately the credit card paid for a lot of stuff even though I also had a full time job, gas was killing me.

Needless to say the balance is pretty high.

Last month I called to use the credit protection for the month and I qualified because I had recently received a raise. Yeah, a month off of payment for a raise, go figure. Today I go to pay and I for what ever reason I don't have pay this month either?

And I'm not going to ask why.
