Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Trying to find a flashable 4.3 update for my nexus 7. Only one available I know of right now with root that's flashable from recovery and the download site was slammed last night and it's a blocked site here at work :P Guess I'll have to wait.

Did you try Droid-Life?
 
I think you're right. I thought you had to do some ADB stuff from Droid Life. Flashable zip. Downloading now.

I think I used droid life before to get the download for the Google Glass app for Android.
Used that for about an hour, and my battery went dead from a full charge. Then I uninstalled the app.
 
I'm really curious to see how nicely Verizon is going to play with the new Nexus 7. If there's only LTE radios in it, then it will hypothetically be the first device to test the Block C regulations. I have a strong feeling that the reason the LTE version won't be available when the wifi versions are is because Verizon is kicking and screaming like a child due to this and thus slowing it up.

So I may have a dumb question, but I just read on Droid Life that I could toss my 4G sim in the new N7 and get data. So would my phone still work on 3G data?
