Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Yeah but developer edition is same as stock except with an unlockable bootloader, and pretty much no warranty.
AND is never released when the normal phone is released.

Usually seen a few months after initial launch of a device. By then it's a few months old, ugh.

Just read the Verge's review of the X. Very high praise. Battery test lasted over 7 hours in it. Short of the 11 hours on Engadget, but at the same time was a totally different test. Engadget uses a loop of HD video playing constantly, which I can only assume is stored locally on the device. They didn't give a screen brightness percentage that I saw in the article either. The Verge ran at 65% brightness loading webpages and images. This is a little more intensive than what Engadget describes and 7 hours is outstanding for a test like that.

Maybe the biggest mistake Moto made with X.... the exclusive deal with AT&T. Possibly the biggest selling point of the X is customization and for an unknown amount of time only people on one carrier can do that. Stupid.

It would never happen but I would like to see Moto give the money back to AT&T and open it up to all.

I need to see real world camera samples before I decide. I take so many pictures with my phone that if the camera is bad I will pass up on it. I wish the camera on the GNex was halfway decent with the amount of pictures I take.

Did office Max ever carry the data enabled 1st gen Nexus 7? If so, then I hope this lays until the data enabled 2nd Gen one comes out.

Strange that the store finder link on their site isn't showing the closest one to me.
I may give them a call to see if it's in stock. I played with it a little bit yesterday at our local Staples. Really looks beautiful, just, eh, not sure if I "need" it over my first gen. N7.
Somebody get me off this fence!

From the Verge review, it sounds like it is the Moto camera app that makes some of the pictures turn out bad. Seems to be hit or miss in the processing.

It took me less than a day to sell 1st gen N7. $100 w/case.

I imagine that was before the second was release?
My TF Prime is still a great tablet, even with the keyboard dock. I'd be happy with $225 for it at this point (after putting $500 into it at release ).

Still trying to sell my TF Prime for nearly the same amount. Just realized I have no need for a 10" tablet, but I like ~7" ones. :)

The biggest issue I have with selling my Nexus 7 to get the new one is that I actually use my Infinity more. However my GF uses the Nexus 7 as her main device. I don't have a formal laptop, and just use Splashtop 2 to remote desktop my home one. But it has so many io issues that causes terrible lag, so I'm really looking into the 2nd gen infinity this fall with the Tegra 4 processor and hope that it's better. That's going to be expensive which would make getting the new 7 more difficult. However I don't think that's going to be data enabled. I just can't win. :(

Just called the local Office Depot and they have one new N7 and it's the 16Gb one. :(
After the issues I have with storage on my 8Gb N7, it's 32Gb or nothing.
He said they may have more come in in the week, but the coupon is only good until the 10th!

Ask for a rain check - I believe they can apply to the coupon to the rain check price.

Don't quote me on that, but worth asking.

I never ran into problems with my 16GB N7 (though Evan does with his 8GB) I'm going with 32GB this time.
