Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Welp, I grabbed 2 Lbs. of fresh shaved steak, I'll be tossing in some chopped onion, salt, pepper, and some fresh garlic. I'll saute some mushrooms on the side as fungus is on the wrong side of the foodchain for me.

When I worked at my last job, I would help out occasionally with the register and FOH issues. Was always a "fun" time. :p
My technique was to be as covertly condescending while having a huge smile on my face. Pleased the customer and myself at the same time. ;)

Good to see you around man. I got lucky with the price I paid for the Nexus 5 after trading in an iPhone 5 that I used for all of a month! Never gonna relive that. Great camera on that thing but that was about it!

As we approach this Veterans Day, let us do so with the respect and admiration our servicemen and servicewomen so deserve. This past month I have met with not one but TWO local WWII veterans who both survived the D-Day invasion at Normandy. Their stories of the fight for survival and the march to Berlin are nothing short of amazing and humbling. And no doubt more amazing people live around us and we don't even know it. THEY are what Veterans Day is all about. If your community has a Veterans Day observance, make a way to go to it. You might very well find yourself in the company of legends.

Good news. Glorious news!

I am finally unshackling myself from the Verizon clutches. Making the jump to T-Mobile as soon as I sell my Verizon Note III so I can cover the early termination fee on my wife's line.

Looking at unlimited, LTE in my house and work that is about 3 times faster than Verizon, no throttling, and a Note III that has an unlocked bootloader.

Good bye, Verizon, you disgusting, borderline-criminal extortionists!

Yep! Plus I'm saving about $50 a month.

I was thinking about it a few weeks back, but was skeptical of the signal strength. Well my friend just made the jump to T-Mobile from AT&T, and we took a drive yesterday to my house, my job, and generally all of the places we go around town. 4 to 5 bars of LTE constantly. We ran speed tests on my Verizon handset and his, and his just blew mine away.

I called Verizon to see if they'd match or throw in some perks, and of course they wouldn't budge.

I was actually hoping they wouldn't budge. Now I get unlockable bootloaders, the option to upgrade twice a year if I want, and don't have to wait 6 months for Verizon to get what everyone else already has.

Not to mention the Nexus line, if I so choose.

Ah! It's like I'm waking up from a horrible nightmare!!
