Hi there,
I have a Galaxy Note 3. The OS is 4.4.2. The device, especially the upper part near the camera, gets hot, especially when when I use it for calls, when I put it on the bed. Because of that it loses much power, charge drain is fast. I charge it to 100%. After 3 or 4 calls, viewing one or two 2-minute videos, power goes down to about 30%. I took it to Intertec in Doha, Qatar for repair, but they said they found nothing abnormal. They only reinstalled the OS. The result was heat and fast power drain. I took it again and again. But, no use. Now, I have another problem; it does not respond to my corporation maiil on Microsoft Exchange, no more new mail showing up. I removed the mail, then reinstalled it. It opened correctly and I received hundreds of stored messages. But, after I had deleted most of them, the mail stopped receiving any messages. I re-installed the mail settings again, and again, it stopped after deleting the messages. It seems there is some snag somewhere. I was working well for the last few months since I bought my Note 3 until yesterday.
Any suggestions?
Regards,
Jamil
