Galaxy Note4

normally I keep the Google play store with not internet besides I install a different version of it and the Google play services..but one of the issues I faced was that custome didn't want to let some of my apps work well if I didn't update the Google play store

Yes it is, Im following the instructions alsong with something I read online.

"Calibrating" your battery is important. You're not really calibrating the battery itself, but teaching Android to expect longer battery life. Your phone's kernel tells the OS to expect a ~3200maH battery, and Android displays a battery percentage based on that, even when a 7500maH battery is installed.

Due to this, one problem I've run into is that the phone will not display the proper battery percentage. During the first calibration cycle, my phone lasted another 10-12 hours while still reading 1%.

Calibration process:
1. With the phone powered OFF, charge to 100%. Unplug.

2. Power ON the device. If battery percentage is not yet 100%, charge the phone to 100%.
3. Unplug the device and allow it to drain completely under normal usage until the phone shuts off. This will take a while.
4. Power on the phone again and again drain completely until the phone shuts off for a second time.
(Note: Deep discharge of a Li-Ion battery IS harmful, but this process is not considered a deep discharge. Circuitry in the battery itself prevents this. Do not fear)
5. Repeat steps 1-4.
Instructions that come with the battery say to do this process three times. I've read some users only having to do this once, but I personally did this five times until the correct battery percentage was displayed.

This is a long and tedious process. The only other solution I have found is to flash a custom kernel that supports 7500maH batteries, which I have not tried.

Even if you don't perform this process, your battery life will increase greatly, but you won't have reliable battery stats. Speaking of battery stats, some users say that deleting batterystats.ini and clearing cache will solve this problem, but really it will just reset the entire process and the phone will again display battery life expecting a 3220maH battery."

Actually, after you get the 100% notification fully charged..you continue charging your phone for at least 10 hours more without unplug..that's the secret ingredient into it

Javi, quick question..when it comes to make a back up on twrp..normally the system selects by default three categories to be backed up..is there any thing else between the remaining categories that I can also choose to back up..like for example I treatment it says also "cache"???

Ok
I'm already in stock and don't think I'm going back that costume ever again..I did give it a try twice..I do not like the kind of enforcing and limited rights and all that bunch of restrictions it's got..why is it like that???

I just noticed my basic stock..the one I went back that currently am is also enforcing..but doesn't have all that bullsh***(my asterisks) restrictions..

I moded another BesastMod r61 custom kernel with ZeroLemon (10,000mAh) support. Its already part of the kernel that I integrated with the r56 kernel.

Yes, it is wise to back up all partitions. I do. Havinf a backup of the EFS saved my behind. Look at the size of the remaining partitions. There small compared to the rest.

If you went back to stock, then google downloads updates automatically for Google PS and Google play services for instant apps. It does this in the background. It doesn't matter if your Play Store setting is set to no automatic updates. Google just updates these regardless of your acceptance, or your consent.

"Limited rights"? "Bunch of restrictions "? dont understand what you mean by that. Can you explain what you mean? Zorry I just don't understand exactly what your trying to communicate.

As far as enforcing, it is the kernel not your rom. Stock kernels are nforcing. Custom kerenels are can be enforcing or permissive. It depends on the developer.

As far as custom roms, your in the same boat as I am. Locked from downgrading your OS. This leaves us with limited choices in terms of custom roms and/or modes by the development community.
I did notice a few posts that said you could install most roms for the n910t that were MM based to the n910t3.

To be honest with you..the stock where I "down graded"..it is very very very fast almost zero, zero zero zero zero one lag..it takes about 20 seconds to boot up(that says a lot about the rom)..so I don't think I need to be in custom..

Yes I said a lot of restrictions and asks for a lot of permists..that I ain't got time to be granted for

This is one of the restrictions I'm talking about..

I guess it has to do with the development on T-Mobile. I not to sure how it is for the T version but none of the custome roms I have ever asked for that type of permission

Maybe it has to do with your T3 version but if your happy with the stock rom then you have no need for custom roms.
My mom-rooted stock rom also takes 20 seconds to boot. My rooted deodexed zipalined custom stock rom with the Xposed framwork and modules takes 27 seconds to boot.
Athough the Snapdragon N4 advertise 2.7GHz in reality it 2.688 GHz and only 2 of the 4 cores are fully operational. My custom kernel is overclocked at 2.899GHz and set to 4 cores running consistently. Compare 2 cores at 2.688MHz to 4 cores at 2.899MHz and see who out performs after boot (that;says alot about a rom).
Try downloading kernel Adiutor and check it out for yourself.

Javi, if I click in the installer app..there's nothing in there

I did notice that I was using Xposed installer V 3.1.5 and some of my modules didn't work so I downgrade to Xposed installer V3.1.1 and the one that didn't now work. It could be the same for 'resolve activity treaker" not working. Ill get you a link for a newer framwork and installer V3.1.1
