Help Galaxy Notes 2 Photo to PC is so different!

Do you use any kind of sync tool?
If so, you might try to copy the photos to the PC with file manager.

Here is just a quick sample of what I am talking about. I don't expect the pics to amazing or anything, but they seem to have gotten a lot worse recently when uploading to my computer. This photo looked sharp on the phone, but looks grainy here. The photo comp is terrible it's just a quick example of something I had readily available.

What setting are you using for your Display on your Note 2?

That picture was pretty bad. Almost look like your camera setting is stuck at weird configuration. Maybe you need to try to reset your camera app. How do you transfer them to the computer? Do you copy as is or let some software convert them? Maybe that software does a bad job of jpeg conversion?

I just looked at your picture. The reason that it is so grainy is that your ISO is at 2000. It is outdoor and the dishwasher (or whatever it is) is not moving, ISO should not be that high! I think your camera is stuck at some manual setting you did. You need to reset your camera.
