Help Galaxy S2 Device not compatible on Play Store

I have a Galaxy S2 and a Galaxy S3 both 4.1.2 the S2 isn't appearing on the play store and when go to my apps list it shows 4 apps under the installed list even though I have more installed. Under the all it shows all the apps that are installed on the S3 but if I go to an app I get a message "Your device isn't compatible with this version" even with the apps that are installed but aren't showing in the installed list.

Try this:

Open Settings/App Management
Under the All tab locate Google Play Store
Clear its data and cache
Restart the handset and open the Play Store app
