Help Galaxy S2 or Optimus L9

I need to get a phone on tmobile and would like something with ICS at least. I was thinking the new optimus L9 because according to tmobile that is the only phone they have with ICS but it looks like the galaxy s2 will upgrade to ICS as well.

The s2 look like it has better specs than the optimus so now i'm not sure which one to get. Anyone have an opinion?

My S2 got the official update a month or so ago. I'm not an OS level nut and have older stuff on 2.2 I like just fine but this made a noticeable difference- better battery life, more useful features, better stock browser,...

The Galaxy S2 has had ICS 4.0.4 since August. Hopefully we'll get Jellybean but I'm not holding my breath.

Too late we got the L9

It's my wife's so I haven't really looked at it much but it seems pretty fast and the battery lasts a long time. The only thing she complained about is the only cases out now are the ones from tmobile which are overpriced.
