I'm not concerned about this. This is just a rare occurrence. We don't need to be afraid of this happening to our phones.
 
Wasn't this the phone where the guy put it in the nuke to dry it "but kept it to himself", then it imploaded "he said he had left it in his car charging", he then decided to make a stink about it and send it in to Samsung, and they figured it out, he finally fessed up, and that was the end of it.

yea, its from just few weeks after the phone came out, not sure why its coming up again

Yeah, the whole story is in the link I posted above. After conducting investigation, turned out he was drying the phone in Microwave after getting it wet.
I think anyone who use microwave to dry electronics, shouldn't be even allowed an internet access.
