Galaxy S3 Watering Hole

Oh my... is that you..?! It it hurting badly? Using aloe vera cream?
I am protected with factor 30/50. Enormous lack of pigmentation here  Not joking, my bro was almost albino.

And am using the tt app now (not the AF one), which seems to be a nice thing.

Yeah, always helps to have a partner to help with getting it on your back. :)
Plus, I generally shun the heat, so try and stay in the shade as much as possible.

We don't have many summerlike days in a year, so although I should know better I usually run out of the door. Even forgetting protection a big deal of the times. Unwise of course :)
Especially since dearest is colouring rapidly, and our combined appearance in summer is more ridiluous by the day.

Morning all :)

Took the nearly empty SD card out of my moms SIII last night and waiting results from that test.

Speaking of SIII's I am thinking about one again. The newer devices don't seem as if they are much of an upgrade to the last "generation" Since I have a borked power button on my note II and it has had issues out in the field where it totally wigged out. Just thinking about things. My blue SIII seamed to work great for me, one of the best devices I had had. My note II had issues from the get go where I found multiwindow did not do what I thought it would "out of the box" and therefore took matters into my own hands causing a spiral if headaches.

So, yeah, thinking about a return to the old flame, the SIII. Either in blue or white. Flat out buying the thing off contract and using it pretty much as is going no further then rooting it. possibly.

The Pebble blue is cool, that's what i got.

While poking around AT&Ts website, I noticed the HTC One X is gone! :(
Never really got the chance to play with the one I had, as I basically took it off the grid the day I got it. It is an overheating battery drainer now so I thought a replacement would be a possibility as well. Perhaps an unlocked international version but I doubt that.

Guess I will leave it alone for now and slowly try to get it back to near factory settings. Guess an RUU update, bootloader, recovery, image and everything else.

Groan. Still having squabbles with the note II.

I ended up getting a flip cover for the thing (20 bucks!) to help prevent icons changing screens or loading up programs, but the flip cover has brought new issues or, annoyances. Now, the menu button can be activated by the cover when the phone is unlocked and often times the volume button can be pressed when closing the cover. Shesh. Not nearly as bad as program activations or icon screen changing, still annoying.

I checked the flip cover to see if there was anything stuck to it, but it looks clean. I could put tape or something but it would get warm and melt. Perhaps there is a way to lock the homescreens, that would be sort of useful, but will not stop programs from loading from accidental touches, unless I use folders.

If the thing would go to sleep with the power button, then this would not be an issue.

EDIT: I wonder if some of my problems with device operation comes from the fact that I am left handed?

Whats next?

AT&T teases July 16th event, wants us to 'get ready for what's next'

Lets speculate... lounge stye :evil::eek:
(and because I am bored)

- New bloatware
- Broader bandwidth, that non of the current phones can use
- A new toolbar to compete with the sprint junk
- higher prices!
- Get out of your contract free cards! (one could only hope)
- New galaxy NX camera and its Zoom little brother
- Un carrier type thing?
- New data cap limits?
- Ricky Martin partnership
- Roswell NM confession?
- Discovery of Dark Matter?
- AT&T and apple sitting in a tree...

More:

- NSA partnership.
- Ma Bell was actually Pa Bell...

:smokingsomb: :p

Congrats, AD!

Aj, shouldn't your Note 2 still be covered under warranty? Power button is a hardware issue, maybe you can get it fixed or replaced.
