Galaxy S3 Watering Hole

Morning K'lin, I'm just used to it I guess, I've worked just about every pattern going over the years, mostly on nights. I've just come to the conclusion that my body clock is just broken now and just puts up with whatever I throw at it. Still, a nice easy day job world be nice, it'd be like semi-retirement lol!

How's things in the big ole state of TX?

Congrats on the successful vacation, Bread. It sounds like you packed a lot in! Nice weather here in Ohio as well, high 70s and low 80s in the forecast all week!
 
Checking out Mike Isabela's new sandwich shop. He was a finalist in Top Chef twice. We've been to his Italian restaurant a couple times and it's quite underwhelming. Here's hoping this is better.
 
Welp.... just acquired the nexus 7 again. The device that no one seems to want.

The long and short of it is: sis tried to install the 4.3 update to it, borked the device and she let the battery drain. Ended up factory reset did not work, but I had a rom so installed it then remembered the original nandroid backup.

Its back in my hands again.

Looks like I'll just deal with my Pebble as is. They weren't in the interest in offering me anything, which I'm not surprised about. Just wish the thing didn't scratch so easily. :rolleyes:

Someone suggested screenprotectoin for your Pebble yesterday. I would certainly take that advice under serious consideration, Bread.
More/even important: is it functionally what you expected it to be?
 
It's functioning just fine. I've seen the few screen protectors/wraps and may look into getting one. Pebble has been great with getting back to me on it. I didn't think they'd just up and replace it, but I'm happy with what they've told me thus far.

Do you think Pebble is worth the price? Does it do what the price is worth?
