What colour & capacity did you order?

I might consider swapping mine out, it'll get to you faster, for a real good bbq and beer-up.! Getting bored of all the rain now.

I have a dedicated smoker as well... I normally use the green egg for bbq exclusively since I like real wood logs for smoking. :smokingsomb:

I ordered 3. 2 pebble blue and 1 white all 3~ 16g

Maybe I should have purchased the 32 , but I figured with 64g expandable it was overkill ?

As for overkill, I guess it just depends on what your going to fill it with.

For you folks waiting on your S3, I figured I would let you know I'm kind of in the same boat waiting for my two Nexus 7s.

I'm just going to concede it wont be this week .

So, I will just have to drown my sorrows and find the perfect purse to put my new phone in. Time to shop ! lol

UPDATE.... there is a (+) now !!!!

Now it's been "sent for processing " !!!! OMG !!!!

Credit card charged X3 !!!! Oh man!, Now if they send them overnight with Sat. delivery, all will be well in the world !
 
Well folks got my S3 about 12 hours ago now & all I can say is WOW!! The Pebble Blue is just beautiful, its just a color you have to see in person to really appreciate it. Phone fits great in my hand, very smooth switching from screen to screen, 4G LTE is blazing fast, & the screen is just beautiful. No radio issues at all for me as this was/is a concern for many after the Galaxy Nexus problems. I plan to enjoy this phone for at least a good year & a half as I am now a Verizon " full retailer payer " for life. Hope to see you folks from the S3 threads over here when you need a place to just sit back, relax ,& talk S3 stuff or whatever. I'm looking forward to seeing where this thread goes in the future. Should be fun!! So tell all your S3 pals to come on over b/c we're always open.
 
I see some of the VZW S3s are trickling in. Rumor has it VZW locked their bootloaders. :mad::(
Hopefully developers can make quick work of getting around it. :)
 
I'll be picking mine up from VZW on Tuesday. Sucks to wait!! Coming from Sense, what will be the easiest way to switch between programs? I'm used to pulling down the notification shade and tapping the program that I want. Will the easiest way now be long pressing the home button?

Unfortunately you don't have a dedicated multitasking button like the Nexus. But, yeah, the long press on the Home button will bring that up.
