Hell yeah I miissed ya amigo. But, I get it somedays you feel like posting some days you don't. No problem.

Tow was sick crazy at the end, but victory was ours once again.

Home made salsa, loads of great flavours, rubbed steak, mature cheese... I think I needa change my boxers :o

Fajitas are my favourite Mexican food, so versatile, quick and easy, and to be fair, K'lin went out and bought n cooked a 10lb ham the other day, so doing a quick easy healthy fajita dinner is my way to make up for it :thumbup:

I was actually thinking about smoked chicken and cheese (for you Treb) enchiladas. Hmmmm

We love E Mon of course, but he's just way toooo smart for us sometimes. :D

And since I have to sit on a football field all night , they can bake and be finished right when I get home! Oooooey goooey goodness!
