Galaxy S3 Watering Hole

Here's a slightly funny story for ya:

Back when I was a wee lad. I musta been about 16-17 ish. I was working two jobs, living with the rents n all. Anyhow, the rents had just got back from South Africa, having been there for 6 weeks. Needless to say I'd had the odd 'gathering' while they were away, nothing too serious, hell I knew what kind of wrath I'd get if the house had been less than spotless by the time the rents came back.

So as a result of one of my gatherings, a bottle of coke had been somewhat spiked with Iirc bacardi. Now, my old dears don't really drink, so as you can imagine, it has more of an effect than some one who drinks more often.

So, this one day, I get home from work, and dear old mother was in the kitchen, making dinner, as she does. And this is the issuing convo:

Mother: "X you know that bottle of coke in the fridge door?"
X:" uh no what Bo.. *opens fridge door* Oh yea! That bottle. What about it?"
Mother: "are there any addictives in it?"
X:"Erm... Like what? Why?"
Mother:"well I had a glass of it, and floated into town and back this afternoon"
X:"Oh Erm, yea,! *Rofl - literally* um mum, that might have had some bacardi in it"
Mother:"Oh, how much?"
X:"Erm I dunno, I was too drunk to remember how much coke got drunk before we filled it back up with bacardi "
Mother:" Oh ok, well next time put a label on it or something, I wasn't expecting to be floating all the way to town"
X:"Yes mum"

Ah, them were the days...

Depends on how you have you privacy set up. For me, only folks in my circles can see what I post unless I post public. So people can add me to a circle, but if I don't reciprocate, they can't see anything I post.

I don't use it much, much of my social networking is done here.:D

Hey - sometimes we just need something so awful its good to watch. Ever seen the movie Stick It or Center Stage? Same concept - like a train wreck that you just can't turn away from. I'll even admit that I've convinced my boyfriend to see the final movie when he's here for Thanksgiving. :D
 
Well, that was nice. Ain't had a girls together lunch in forever. Good food, good company. Shame we had no alcohol, but since we're all working...

So, now I'm back to Mr. Spinny.
 
I ever mention how good Marmite is?

Standing there this morning, having my toast and Marmite for breakfast and I got to thinking....then thinking...then total divine inspiration hit me.

Today I managed to cut down 3 days worth of work to about 3 hours as a result.

I must have toast and Marmite more often!
