Meh, it's never enough salt!
I was surprised how sweet everything tasted on the other side on the pond. Even bread has sugar in.
Here in the Netherlands it was, and strangely even still is, mandatory to add extra salt for the public health after second world war.

I actually have a perfectly good lunch in the fridge nexr to me, but im working on shrinking my stomach so I generally eat less.
