No no, y'all go on ahead.
I'm looking for the green chile because tomorrow, I'm bringing -
* continuously cross-sliced avocados until consistency of very rough puree
* freshly pan-seared garden garlic, placed in freezer for 5 to 10 minutes, then minced with one fresh clove
* a few green onions, up to and including just a bit of the green, minced as closely to millimeter scale as possible
* Hatch Big Jim green chiles (at least one per avocado, usually more), placed on open stove burner until skin is blistered black, skinned, and then finely diced (send away for Bueno brand frozen if unavailable at your part of the planet, specify _hot_, drain well, then drain some more)
* a few jalape
