Confused. Not seeing the button there K'Lin.

Screen shot X had showed a notification button at the top of the screen - along with the GPS, Airplane mode etc.

Simply, it over-rides all notification settings in all apps and disables them.

I was told honey and cinnamon. Although if that doesn't help I will try your method. I had this last year and went blind in one eye from the pressure. Taking precautions this year.
