Thanks to an electrical storm, I can't swim this morning. Gym time.

Installing the latest Visual Studio. Not quite sure if 'With Blend' should read 'With Bland'

Whatever happened to the subtle use of color?

If this is how Windows 8 is gonna look, I'm defiantly staying on 7.

Well, thank you very bloody much Microsoft for just deciding you needed to reboot my laptop to continue the installation process.

Whatever happened to asking first?

So w/ ya there !! I have to remind myself to save whatever it is I'm working on like every few minutes as my company has gone software update crazy as of lately. Arggggg.:mad::mad: Lost something I had been working on for about an hour, as I left room for a second & when I came back it was updating then rebooting. So annoying that these software updates don't even ask you anymore.

Ok...enough complaining. Cheers. :tee:

Started at 7 this morning with a simple plan. I'll just download and install Visual Studio and Sql Server on my laptop before I get down to serious work and connect to the corporate network (which is slow as molasses hence me doing a lot of this disconnected).

That was about 4 hours ago. Still got Sql Server to install...

And then I've still a good 8 hours amount of work I have to get done!
