Yes, I believe it is.... I smoked as many as 10 racks with a brisket and chicken. I think I'm good. The problem is keeping it all moist.

@treb..... being from Cali kinda means I wish for the 49'rs. But the guys are divided unevenly. So I get to go with the losing team in my house. Which are the ravens... maybe....

Dude, horse steak is beautiful. So lean, an all awesome, had it in Prague in 07. Loved it. No idea what all the fuss is about. Meat is meat, don't mate if your in the Asia's and eat dog, France eating frogs legs and snails, or chowing down an a pig, cow or lamb. Horse is better than beef imo.

Now it makes sense. ;) Frog legs are all good. Love me some crawdads from time to time as well.
