Ah... hence part of the problem. One of my boys just got home from work... it's hard to get good sleep until they are all home. The alarms which shouldn't be turned off go off when my doors are open.....The other problem is cyclical. I go to bed at 8 because I don't sleep then I wake up all night.

He works away from home 4 days/nights...then home 4 days/nights.... so like tonight he is gone, he gets home tomorrow morning.
