Afternoon folks!
Did a test mix for some bread today at work. A durum, cornmeal and sesame seed bread. Will be baking it tomorrow. Dough felt great, excited about it. Boss was happy too when I told him about it.
Mixing up another batch of whole wheat and rye bread today. It's become a staple around here.
