I owned an iTouch 4g and the best part of it is that it is fully modded. It has a virtual memory mod and even the user interface mod. Everything is simply not original :D

Lol. Im in two minds here. shes new to apple too so either i can just leave here to work the thing out by herself (less stress for me) and shel leave the thing stock or i can do a LOT of research, probably involving joining iOs forums and geek it up and THEN have to teach her to use it but at least my geek-brain will learn something new. but does my geek brain REALLY need to know this stuff? Will i ever use what i learn in the future? Can i be assed being a total noob again in a big pond lol?
If i take the 1st approach (most probable) then im taking nothing to do with the phone other than playing with it.
Its annoying though. Im the only phone-geek among my family and friends and they expect me to help them with ios, wp, bb etc which im clueless with lol.
Thats her away to pick up the phone. Just had a thought.. does the ip3g take micro-sim or nano?

iphone questions

#1 where does the sim go lol?
(Imagine me askin this on a ios forum!) :D i thought iphnes never had removable backplate but cant find a slot

Another reason I left Verizon. Verizon LTE in San Jose is like T-Mobile HSPA+. And T-Mobile LTE is better than Verizon LTE when it was new.

Nope, its rolling out here now :p

rolling out here but im gona stick with my dirt cheap 3g and as more people move to 4g, my 3g will just keep gettin faster :D

I think the point was LTE requires a sim. :p

Funky is it the 3g or 3gs. As iPhones go, the 3gs is still my favorite. It's good at what it does.

We dunno lol. I looked in Settings, General, About but it doesnt say the model.
Version says 4.2.xxxx, is that the OS version?

Those pics are gorgeous! You're always welcome to share more...

Thanks
I will try to get some more shots later throughout the week. Really early work schedule so I got to get back into that grove. If you are inclined, there is a link to my gallery in my sig :)

Amazing, AJ! :)
Which camera were those shot with?

A canon 5DmkII and 17-40mm f/4L lens. B+W circular polarizer filter. I put the images (both have 3 exposures +2, 0, -2ev) through photomatix, then farther processed with lightroom 4. I think I may end up buying lightroom :)

Oh,

and these printed up real nice (13x19") on my printer, even though I printed up the "Raw tiff files" of which where not cleaned up and tweaked a bit more.

AJ, have you looked into freelance photography? Those shots you have are fantastic, certainly worth the attention of newspapers, magazines, whatever.

Bread is right, ya know.

Home. Tired. Zoom in my ears. Disappointed. Bed. G'night!
