Hi there everyone, i have an extremely weird galaxy s3 problem. My phone immediately drops from 100% (it says full charged) to around 52% when i unplug it from the charger. Second, the phone can never charge more than 50% when i charge it turned off. The phone dies rather quickly (around 1-2 hours from the point of 50%). What's weird about this problem is that with enough reboots to my phone (2-3 reboots), the battery immediately goes from 0% back up to 50-60ish% . I can do this at the least, 2-3 times, although i haven't tried how long it would take for my phone to really fully die out. I initially had this problem with my original battery that came with the phone but for a while, i thought it was a battery problem, therefore, i bought 2 anker batteries in which the problem still exists for each. Second, i've even bought another charger yet to no avail, the problem exists. The very last thing i did was factory resetting my phone and it was working like a new phone with no problems on the first day but right after the first day, the problem came back.
Here is a picture of what i'm talking about. Here as you can see, my phone starts off at 100% and the second i unplug the charger, it drops down to around 50-60%. On the battery graph itself, you can see the steep drop in battery level for no apparent reason. from 50-60%ish till 0, it dies the first time. Second, you can see that it raises back up to green again when i reboot the phone. Once again, it goes down to 0% again and dies the second time at the red level indicator. Then again, it goes back up to green and when i accidently restarted my phone, it goes back down to red (the little dot near the end of the graph) and lastly, i reboot again and it is once again, back to green. It's obvious to say, with each reboot, the graph gets steeper and steeper so i mean the battery is dying even faster. What's the problem? I hope i provided enough information, i really hope you guys can help me. This is a refurbished phone tmobile sent me last march/april since my first gs3 had some headphone issues and they sent me a replacement through warranty/insurance
