Gallery ICS. Stock replacement.

I noticed that if your on say, facebook and someone uploads a video on there, not youtube, and you click on it, it will play through gallery ics. Crazy

I just flashed a new rom to my phone and, I don't know why, it hadn't the gallery installed by default. So I installed the gallery that is mentioned in this thread and works great. The only issue that I have is that I cannot have access to the gallery app through my default camera app. When I am taking pictures with the default camera app of the rom I am pressing the small icon on the down-left side of the screen to open the gallery (probably you all have this icon too) but the gallery doesn't open.

Any ideal how can I connect these two apps?

Thanks in advance :smokingsomb:

Download the ICS camera. It's the same as gallery in that it's stock but just a step above stock. It matches the gallery app and they work perfect together. Trust me, you'll like it better. ;)

Fuzzy13 thanks for your response. I have already downloaded the ICS Camera and it works with the gellery. But what if I want to connect the default camera app with the Gallery? Is there any way?

Honestly I really don't know. Have you tried uninstalling the ICS camera to see if ICS gallery will default to the stock camera?

Eventually I realized that it was my fault that the gallery wasn't installed in the phone. I flashed ELEGANCIA 3.1.1 rom and during the installation I had to choose the apps from a list that I didn't want to be installed on my phone. My mistake was that I thought that this list was about the apps that I did want to be installed on my phone. And thus I removed the Gallery app. :P Now it is ok. I reflashed the rom

Thanks all of you.
