Root Gallery keeps freezing my phone

Whenever i open my gallery and scroll through pictures, my phone freezes. A purple choppy line goes across my screen and then it freezes. I have to take the battery out because it doesnt reboot. Ive tried differrent galleries and even turned the overclock down but same thing. Anything i can do to solve this?
 
Same thing freezing water in your freezer does, stops it from running. It is like uninstalling it, but you're able to go back and unfreeze it if freezing it caused problems.
 
Ahh i see. well i dont have the pro version of titanium and when i download the key from black market it says fail, go too checkout.google.com. but thats obviously because i didnt buy it. So i made a backup of gallery then uninstalled it. Would that work the same way?
 
Yes it would, although sometimes you can't reinstall a system app once you uninstall it. But there are alternatives to it, such as just moving the apk to the correct location on your device's system partition.
 
Because the 3G Gallery is tied into the UI so heavily it's better to just freeze it. Uninstalling it can cause small glitches and fc's in the rest of the system.
 
I uninstalled mine months ago when I first rooted,no problems whatsoever but that's just me. I think I was lucky to get this phone when they first came out 2.2.1,I think it's a better phone.I've had quickpics since, no problems.

yeah i have had no problems with quickpics so far:) I tend to not want to use my camera anyways because the quality is so bad it disapoints me every time
 
My camera works pretty good. Quickpix plays videos pretty well to, I was using Mx player but lately its been real buggy for me.
