Gameloft games for Android!

For the cost of the game your credit card company will just automatically credit you back the charge. They have a policy about filling disputes unless the charge is a certain amount. And $5 is so low they will just reverse the charge for you instead of going through the trouble of disputing the charge with the merchant.

I, personally will never do bussness with BS-loft again / till they are in the google market place! I have over 40 emails that go back and forth between us talking about how there having issues and what not!!! I don't care!
I bought the games Modern Combat, Nova and Dungeon Hunter. Nova works just fine (with a little lag on my EVO, didn't see that coming) Dungeon Hunter just reboots and Modern Combat just force closes.

I'd add the rest of the emails, but it's pointless... I wan't my games and gameloft is taking there sweet time! They took my money and can't deliver a working product and won't refund my money!

Becarful, if your going to buy from them thinking you're getting a product know that your only getting a headache!!! Enjoy your future purchase! I'm making it my personal mission to spread the news, I'm asking everyone share there experiance with as many sites and blogs or whatever, maybe dung-loft will get the point!

Did anyone get NOVA when in first came out and have it work on an Incredible? I don't know what I am doing wrong....

Edit: Woohoo, they sent me a new download link, and it worked! Has anybody gotten Hawk or Modern Combat to work? I am thinking about buying those next.

I too received an emal stating that I could have my pick of the HD+ games listed and told them I didn't want them... I also said why not give me Assasins Creed and Asphalt as a sorry you had to wait for our broken app's. I ordered mine on the 4th of this month and I can't beleive the BS I've had to deal with so far!

I was very surprised they sent me Asphalt 5 and then later this morning Assasins Creed, when I asked if this was complementary they said...

I'm confused by this. What is the hd+ games? I have an EVO and when i go to gameloft website on my phone it shows me 11 games i can download direct from the site and it will charge my sprint account. Are you saying the Dungeon Hunter game isnt working right now? And whats the HD+ all about. Are these games really optimized for phones with higher resolution displays like the EVO and droid or are they just iphone ports with iphone resolutions?
 
Ok this is turn out for the books. Just got a mail (I'll copy the mail in when I work out how to copy text from an email using my phone) the long n short of it was that they have fixed the issue with Dungeon Hunter and the desire and gave me link to download the latest apk. Worked a treat.

Wonders will never cease. As for the game itself have not had a proper go yet but it looks promising

I also just got an SMS from gameloft for a new installer for Dungeon Hunter. To be honest, when I bought the game from their site a couple weeks ago and it wouldn't install properly, I had written it off as a lesson learned. Very nice of them to come through and forward a fixed installer.

I have played this game ten minutes on my over clocked Droid and all I can say is "Awesome!" Excellent graphics and very intuitive on-screen controls. This game on this device easily rivals anything I've seen on the PSP. Easily worth the $5 I paid for it.

Hi,

I bought Dungeon Hunter (used Droid choice) and had problems installing and running for for 3 weeks (On my Evo). I had various issues, including " not original copy" and reboots / force close. Gameloft kept sending new versions, and kept in touch daily.

They fixed it a few days ago, and it works!

They were very good at follow up, and very courteous. They explained the issues and never gave up.

They have a loyal customer here.
 
I updated my Nexus to Froyo and did a wipe not thinking I'd lose my copy of Let's Golf! for my Nexus One.

I pinged Gameloft support an email on Friday evening and got a response from them this morning stating the following:

I bought the game NOVA on my HTC Desire two days ago, the game worked perfectly but I was charged $5 three times, lol. I e-mailed them and asked for a refund or if I could have two games in replacement but I still haven't got an answer from them.
 
I bought Asphalt for HTC Desire yesterday and it force closes after downloading additional data same way as other have reported. Haven't yet mailed to gameloft about it but we'll see...
