Gameloft games for Android!

i tried this, it takes me to the verizon/gameloft wap store and gives me a "no games for your device message". i tried 10 times in google just to get the gameloft website...it takes me to the wap verizon site everytime...

I had to use a different browser for it to take me to the android site. Like xcope. Don't know why stock browser doesn't work. Anyway when I went to the site and paid they charged me but didn't dowload the game then I went to complain and the sent me a file link which I downloaded but all it does is force close when I try to start the game.

Downloaded Dungeon Hunter last night and am really enjoying it. It's not Diablo, but it is still fun for those who enjoy Diablo type games. On screen controlls are easy to master, but no keyboard or D-pad option for droid users.

i really want dungeon hunter for the droid incredible, but where can i find it? When I go to that website I only see 4 games for the incredible.

Well I called Gameloft support services today to figure out why I cant buy the games on there and at first the woman acted like she never even heard of Android. Then she put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back and said none of those games are for android just Iphone, Ipad and iPod Touch. Hmmmm.... Well I dont know how Gameloft is doing business but I will be very disapointed if they dont put it in the Market place.

Support is awful. I sent them an email because gangsta wasn't working for me.

I told them a small lie as I chose Nexus One as my phone when I made the order because the Desire wasn't supported. They emailed back and said it doesn't work on the N1 even though it was right there on the purchase options

Anyway as we know it DOES work on both phones albeit with a couple of bugs..

They told me to go back through the website and choose a different game but it wasn't made clear at all if I would be paying for this new game or anything.

It's a shame because these look potentially to be the best games for Android right now, it is worth waiting for the Market releases I think. I'm not comfortable having made the purchase through their own mess of a website..

For a company that's bad-mouthed Android as a gaming platform in the past, they sure are going out of their way to make their products inaccessible.

I know... They've complained about the iPhone making them so much more money than Android, gee I wonder why. Their games are poorly ported copies of iPhone games that either don't run or barely run on most phones, they aren't available in the Market, they're hard to get off their own website and their customer support is dismal at best. Good job Gameloft!

I can tell you first hand that Gangstar does work on the N1. Right now I have all but two games from there 10, and the only two not working for me is Nova and Modern combat. I don't have th football and soccer games so I cannot comment on those.

Can anyone confirm any gameloft game working on the HTC Incredible?

Lets Golf works great on the incredible. Its the only game of theirs i've purchased so far. You'll have to buy the motorola droid version from their site, but it'll install and play just fine. It does download 160mb to your sd memory card before you can play it. But thats not a big deal for most people.

doing a search for "Gameloft" in the Market Place, does return some games...

also.. you can find: Assassin's Creed

I was also looking at: Crusade of Destiny buy DVide Arts Incorporated.

has anyone tried these.. and on the HERO??

When I go to the website from my incredible is says sorry, but there are no available games for your mobile. I can't even go to their website from work and look at the games since it's blocked. I'd love to try out the golf game, but I guess I'll have to wait till I get home to even look. :(

Edit: Sorry, didn't try the "/wifi" before posting. Once I did that, I was able to change my device to the Droid and now I can see stuff. :)

Got dungeon hunter for the HTC Incredible. I just changed my phone to the Motorola droid. It installed quickly and easily. it runs perfectly and I am actually really enjoying it.

have not figured out where you save though? Maybe I have just not gotten far enough yet.

These games are incredible, it's great to see Gameloft coming to Android. Right now I have Let's Golf, Asphalt 5, HAWX, Assassin's Creed, and Dungeon Hunter.

Waiting to get sandstorm, Sparta, and Nova :)

Has anyone tried saying their nexus / desire is a Droid and downloaded Modern Combat or Nova? Are they available yet? When Gameloft released these games, those were the 2 I was looking forward to.

Wow these games finally show up when I change to Droid. I downloaded Asphalt and it works beautiful. The only thing that doesn't show up for me is Nova, Sandstorm and HAWKs.
