Gameloft problems

I tried downloading AND PAID FOR two games from these fools now (whos the fool for trying a second time?) and non of them work on the Samsung Galaxy S2..

I tried Brothers in Arms 2 HD - A problem occured and the download could not be completed successfully. Anyone eles have this issue? I bet chainfire doesnt! lol

Modern Combat 2 - Sorry! The application blah blah blah has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

I have tried contacting support on several occasions but they are clearly too interested in making fools like me download more games that suk b@lls and are useless.. I uninstalled and re-installed both games. No such joy.. Would like to hear if anyone else is having these issues with Gameloft. They seem to have some decent games.. On FEKING paper...

yeah, their downloads take forever.. and i tried to download them a couple of times in the background, they just kept freezing.. so i actually kept my phone running the app til it downloaded.. took nearly an hour for one game.. but graphically, their games for android are probably the best ive seen.. worth the time if ur seriously gonna be playing these games
 
i found they also take along time, and if you let the screen time out...(for some reason) it loses the connection and says it fails. change your settings or keep the screen active and it SHOULD finish the update. hope it helps.
 
Didnt take me all that long. About 10 min. And works perfectly. No problems whatsoever.

And loony is right, For some reason if the screen times out, it says connection failed. Happened to a friend of mine!
 
had one problem with sound on the racing game they have, emailed support and they sent me a free game of my choice so all happy now - 2 games for price of one (as long only race with sound off).

Have now downloaded a load of their games, and all is well.

As for slow downloads and cutting off, are you sure you don't have wi-fi etc to sleep when screen is off?
 
One of the reaosns i never buy such games. Firstly the cost. Then the installing pain with problems like this. And finally i probably only play it like once and then resort to playing something like angry birds/papertoss something small and simple :p
 
Hey guys....

Well I just recently bought this game for my Galaxy S2 and everyonce once in a while, the game just suddenly freezes.... this happens often and loading is EXTREMLEY slow on my device for this game... so I reboot my device but still the same porblem ! The game just freezes in the middle of my gameplay every once in a while ! I hope someone can help me resolve this issue ! I ALSO WISH SOME OTHER game developer TAKES OVER >>Gameloft<< in the Android market and produces even better games than Gameloft, as many of their games are NOT combatible with the SGS2 and i HIGHLY beleive this was intended for, Apple has a say in this issue I am POSITIVE.... Anyways, please guys help me out here ! thanks !
 
This is nothing new for Gameloft. Plenty of Android bloggers have had the exact same problems on pretty much every handset.
