Help games keeps force closing

hey guys,

so i'm just wondering if this is just an issue with my prime or not. my prime keeps force closing anytime i play most games. not all games does this, but it seems like the more intensive games will do it. games like plants vs zombies, shadowgun, dead space will all close out on me at some point in the game. all the other apps that i have work fine. i'm just trying to figure out if i need to use my black tie protection i have from best buy on it or not.

ehhh i thnk it's your prime.. i think it can't work on intensive and heavy games :O

Mine was doing exactly that once. Every game I tried to play would force close. All I had to do was restart it and then it was working fine. Hasn't done it again since. Give that a try.

I was having problems with mine awhile back, games were not playing, other issues so I went ahead and did a factory reset and our Prime never has ran better. It was definitely worth the setting up the tablet again.

i tried doing the factory reset but it still does it. i mean it worked for like a day and then it would start again. i might need to use my black tie protection on it and take it in.
