Help Games not Scaling Correctly

Not sure if others have this issue. I jumped from the SGS2 to the SGS4 and a lot of my games (not all) are now zoomed out when I play them. Examples include Angry Birds and Draw Something. The menus all have small buttons and it's just annoying, see below for example.




Is this a phone issue or have the developers simply not updated to the SGS4 (even though it's been a month and new updates have come out in the meantime)?

Edit: Those pictures make the icons seem quite large, but scale them down to the size of the SGS4 and they're tiny!

I haven't played in a while but I just tried Angry Birds Rio and yes things are small. I guess its just not optimized for the high resolution screen. I didn't check settings to see if it can be changed. I'm at work and the loud speakers on my phone were blaring through the whole building.
