"Gay Androids" at Pride Parade Chicago

So I went to the gay pride parade in Chicago this past Sunday and google android had a part in the parade.
I couldn't get a good pic, but I found one.

It's two androids holding hands and one holding the pride flag.
I thought this was both hilarious and great of google to diversify. The only gay friends I have are apple fans, so I guess google knows this demographic well :)

Just thought I would share. Be nice and no rude comments as a whole.

Hahaha - not my lifestyle, but it is a good time and somewhat of a tradition to go and drink and yell for the last 5 years with my gay friends.

But na, I don't hate on anyone. I actually have a couple of gay friends. But personally I don't understand it. But it looked like everyone was having fun!

Yep!
3 OJ containers with vodka and ?, some solo cups, rolling cooler and it's all good!
 
Sounds like a hell of a party. Mmmm just thinking about screwdrivers. Ok, hmmm, how to keep on topic.. well at least there was at least 1 straight android at the party. Did you have an android shirt on to?

It was probably the later... I didn't even notice it was 2 androids waving their little pride flags. But I could be wrong..

They marched in the parade for google - there were a ton of people with those shirts in the parade. Yes, the droids are holding hands and holding a pride flag, lol
The demographic is huge into iPhones lol
 
Very cool of Android/Google to do that.

It seems like only yesterday that any corporate public acceptance of gays would have been business suicide.

Well, when we think about it, large corporations are going to have a gay population among their employed ranks, some likely at high levels.

Now, I guess, when a person "comes out," some are not afraid to involve their place of employment as they once were.

Personally, I don't think any company should support either ... "team". Just. Big ole' con of worms IMO

At some point in the future that will probably be the prevailing mindset for companies, when it's safe for gays everywhere to just be themselves and enjoy the same benefits and acceptance as we boring heteros enjoy.
 
A rainbow striped Android logo... wonder if that has the corporate trademark lawyers salivating?

Edit: In fact; maybe the guy on the left is a trademark lawyer, and the truncheon is him enforcing a C&D??
