GB27 on the way

Everything else working ok with it (GPS, Wifi, etc.)?

From what I see yes it's all working. Haven't run into any issues, and am using WiFi right now.

What about back up and restore from recovery thats what im waiting on.

I have read on XDA that it is working. I am charging my battery right now. I never do backup and recovery stuff unless the battery is charged up good.

CG: I'm trying to determine the best way to go about getting on the stock JB (GB27 I suppose) from where I'm at now:
Currently on Blu Kuban (ICS) with AGAT_FI27_Repack kernel.
Since I already have the AGAT recovery, what's the safest and most expeditious way to get on JB WITH ROOT (MUST have root).

I've been reading like crazy - don't need a full "guide" but just some general steps and an idea of what I should be downloading and flashing.

Current rom is starting to lose its "glow" (and speed) through regular use and abuse :) And I'm itching to get on the JB bandwagon.

Is there a quick/easy solution for my situation. If not, just tell me to keep reading lol :) There must be a better way than going back to stock, updating through Kies, then getting root afterwards, no?

The one click install is very easy and you can install the already rooted version (that is what I did). Just download the self extracting exe and run it, and it will create a folder with the installer inside it. Run the installer, and then put your phone in download mode and connect it to the pc. When the comport on the Odin installer lights up, click start. The link at the beginning of this thread will take you to it. After you install it you can then Odin or mobile Odin install the AGAT kernel with recovery.

I recommend version 0.1.0 for the moment (they are working out the bugs on the newer ones that have the extra governors).

Sweet - thanks CG. I knew I was over-thinking this :)

EDIT: One Click went smooth as silk. I ran the Format_All_X2 beforehand - not sure if that was needed.
Then installed the custom recovery through desktop ODIN, no problems there either. Messed with it all day while Summer (wife - pictured to the left) drove and restored all my apps with TB.

So far all is well and happy with JB! Couple slick improvements over ICS. Snappier too!

Still loving it. Fast, very sweet.
... One strange thing; I've got ADS EVERYWHERE! A lot of my apps I've used forever, including TuneIn Radio, Alarm Clock Plus, Ruzzle (game) and a few others all now contain ads inside the apps since moving to this rom. I've never had these ads inside any of these apps on other roms. Installed apps and data from TB. Any ideas? I can live with it but it is quite annoying.

I have Adaway set up on my phone which sets your host file IP tables to block the ad sites. and then I also use a fire wall app for those apps that don't need the internet to run yet have it for ads. I block their access to the internet. Besides, with the data throttling, I don't think we need those apps using up bandwidth.

I tried to get Adaway and seems google is pulling a lot of add blockers. They have sent letters saying it violates there rules and you can't get Adaway on the market now. I found a link to download it. I hope google don't start getting stupid. I don't anymore big brothers.

Under settings/security/device administrators, has anyone noticed the sprint phone info? I looked at the info on it and didn't like it. It refused to let me uncheck it so I used titanium backup and removed it.

Just noticed that.. you notice any difference after you froze/removed it?
