Was anyone able to get the Blur Gallery on Liberty? Any bugs? the 2D AOSP Gallery is alright but it just isn't as seamless when using the Blur camera, which is my preference.

On a side note: The Lib Toolbox was updated on the Market as many of you may already know. But if your Liberty ROM installed the toolbox like mine did, you would not have gotten the update notice from the Market. Go get it if you haven't already.

Ok quick question
What app are you guys using to upload pics to facebook?
I use to use the blur app and now that its gone I'm not seeing anything to upload with?

I use the Facebook app itself.

Yeah I'm running the Blur Gallery just fine.
 
Ok, update for those who have had Exchange problems. Kejar has said that a fix for the Exchange problems is in the works.
 
Do you guys nandroid back to the stock theme prior to installing a new theme?

I don't and everything themes to continue running smoothly. That being said I have only installed themes from the Toolbox :) Good luck!

Thanks bro! In the past, it always seemed to bring leave behind bits of the old theme behind. I will go be faith and give it a shot though!

EDIT: Yeah old themes still leave remnants. Just tried it. Will nandroid next time.

Hmm odd..the only thing that gets left behind for me in the search box. Sorry it didn't work.
 
Ive started noticing that my cpu would get up to 104degrees and the phone got really hot. Is this ROM overclocked? Ive also noticed that i cant download anything from the market place. The download will start then finish but nothing shows up in my app drawer. Anyone else having this problem?

it is not overclocked by default. but don't worry about 104 degrees. the processor and battery can handle that.
 
I'm rather sad that I lost the Blur battery manager and the custom settings I could use with it. I didn't realize that was a Blur specific feature.

Also, I noticed there's barely any syncing of any kind of services such as Picasa, Facebook, etc.. I just didn't realize that AOSP didn't have those features to begin with. IMO, that's wicked crazy. >_>

Alsoooooo! I love the ROM! It's definitely faster than Apex at the moment. I'm going to try and install all of my apps, and I'll run it for a couple of days to see how well I like it. I'm going to switch back to the Blur Gallery and Blur Camera, but other than that, I don't know what else I really miss from Blur.

Thanks for an awesome ROM. I can't wait till it gets more features and more updates.
 
I am having a hard time getting swype installed after I installed Liberty. i downloaded the installer, but it says its "not properly licensed" It says to fix it I need to uncheck the box next to swype however there is no checkbox there. Any ideas?
 
Wow. There's one thing I noticed about Liberty compared to Apex... and that's the battery life. On Apex, I could last 2 WHOLE days without charging and moderate usage (texts to my girly, listening to music for about 40-80 minutes, and using Google Reader), and on this guy, I've barely used it today, and it's just dropped 10% basically every hour. I unplugged the phone at about 9 o'clock and by 3 o'clock I had 40% battery left. I mean granted, it's the first day of me having Liberty installed, but if the battery life doesn't get better, I'm definitely going to switch back to Apex.

Here's hoping that they optimize the hell out of this like Apex is. I don't mean to keep comparing to another ROM, but I REALLY loved that all day battery life. This ROM is amazing, but the battery life is killing me and is making me want to switch! Also! This is on an extended battery!

Thanks for the awesome ROM, but if it doesn't get better, I can't keep using it! :(

I am lucky on this one I think, I have had Apex, did DarkSlide for a couple days and now a couple days on Liberty and so far my battery is the same on all of these Roms. I was worried about the battery life when I flashed but so far I'm not seeing it.

Hope it gets figured out for the people that are having issues tho. All 3 of the Roms I've flashed were top notch!

The thing is with this guy, I'm using the SAME exact settings with all the programs that have background sync on and I'm using the same time intervals. There has to be a problem with the Liberty ROM itself. Otherwise, I don't really know what the cause of it is.

Also, I charged the phone up to about... ~80%. I say around 80 because not even 30 minutes later it was 70% and that was 5 hours ago, and now it's at 30%.

Does anyone recommend I do anything other than switch back to Apex? I'm really loving how blazingly fast everything is. The GPS locks on almost instantly, and overall, loading anything (i.e. web page, marketplace, signing on to something) just feels incredible compared to Apex.
 
I also have the extended battery and ive noticed that i have to charge the phone mid day compared to Apex. Other then that and a few other hiccups i love the rom!

Well, today lasted me from 9 AM to about 11 PM with 50% battery. This is an astonishing turnaround compared to yesterday, but what I did was went to Clockwork Recovery and cleared the Dalvik Cache and Battery stats. It's amazing at the difference. I recommend trying this out tonight and then seeing what happens tomorrow! :D
 
It might of helped a little but my batt keeps draining super fast. I hope the developer is catching ob to this or its back to my unstable 2-3 reboots a day Apex. Also I hate this keyboard do they have the gb keyboard in terminal emulator?

what version of apex???
1.3.1 there are no reboots, i havent had one, i had multiple on liberty, along with alot of other issues, but im going to go back today for some experiments lol
