Well it had me download the gapps-ics-20120429-small.zip with CM9, but on my Nightly CM9 I flashed the gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip. I think I need to wipe more then just cache and dalvik before flashing new rom.

Yup. Actually installed latest aokp cm9 nightly n its running smooth as butter for me

I spoke too soon. Everything was fine until I reboot. Now force closes left and right, especially keyboard. Boat browser and stock browser close too. Why God why!?! Why would it all be fine then go to crap after a boot?

Try wiping everything. Twice. Yes, twice. Then flash. Then flash again. Boot into the rom. Reboot into recovery then flash gapps. Reboot into system. I've had to do all that to get some roms to flash properly. You may also need to run fix permissions from a terminal. That should fix your problem.

That's part of busybox, if I'm not mistaken.
