Hey all
I am trying to break the 4gig barrier that fat32 has for storage.
Tried formattingext sd card to ext4
But phone didnt requonize it.

Has anybody ever got the phone to read non native supported format ?

Haven't tried it, but I think I read that another device will only read fat32 or ext3, not 4.

the phone wont recognize anything but vfat for the sdcard wit hthe exception of ext-sd, which isnt seen as the sdcard but an extension of the phone itself, and not needed on this device. ;)

Now when/if/ever custom kernels can be used, exfat may be an option. ;)

yea, thats the only way it will work with winsux. ;)

And I know exactly what files are over 4GB ;), I have the same issue with my flash drive. I tried exfat on it which fixes the 4GB limit, but then nothing recognizes exfat except winsux. lol

umm, I didnt try to see if my xbox would recognize it. lol
