Gingerbread for TB on June 30th

Maybe I'm totally missing it, but where does it say June 30th? Also the phrase "Verizon and HTC encourage you to download this update" just seems a bit odd sounding to me. I hope its real, and thanks for finding it.
 
I have been having problems with blown SIM cards. I was told by Verizon tech support big update within 2 weeks yesterday.

She didn't specify what the update was.
 
Also there are a some grammar errors that are bothering me as well about this. I'm not out right calling it a fake, but it wouldn't be unheard of.
 
If it is real what we see looks like a rough draft which would explain the typos. I think gTalk is correct or accepted at least, just run a market search for gtalk and you will get plenty of apps with that in there. I won't believe the GB update is coming on 6/30 unless I get prompted for an OTA and after the install I have GB.
 
Let's hope there is some truth to this. It would be great to get an update that includes all of these features and fixes the reboots.
 
Also hear Gingerbread going to be preinstalled with even more bloatware :-( suppose to be improved in speed and battery life over froyo, but its even more bloated. That bloat has to come a price. I ain't believing the buelchit
 
Additional bloatware doesn't mean it will have worse battery life just less phone memory to install stuff and more apps you can't get rid of
 
I hate to burst your bubble but i HIGHLY doubt this is going to happen right now esp. on the 30th of this month.. this is what jcase said on twitter... @droid_life too many misspellings plus doesn't match what I know is real..
 
but if you really want GB root your thunderbolt.. that simple. right now im running 2.3.4 plus sense 3.0.. Ill be switching to CM7 once we get the radios all fixed.
 
Anyone notice there is no mention of netflix in the memo. I would think that would be a feature in the GB update and advertised by VZW if this were official.

It's amazing and has been my daily driver for some while now. I was going to try out cm7 until I read about the 4g 3g handoff problems so I'm going to wait. But all in all loving sense 3.0 with gingerbread. Not to mention.. The easy 12+ hrs I'm getting now while using juice defender ultimate

Or the leak comes from the person that creates the OTA announcements??? Oops, bad spelling = you're busted :D

It will get better if we can get an official GB ROM to work off of. So, I'm hoping this is real even though I won't be downloading it from VZW.
