Won't you be upset when they send you a refirbed bolt?

I think its wrong for cell companies to give refurb phones. If the phone is a lemon and has problems on its own, they give you a referb after you just spent a lot of money on it. That's just wrong. I can understand if you did something to break it but not if its just a bad phone. They would prob save money that way. I see sometimes people go thru like 7 phones. Thats cause theyre all referbs.
