Help Glitchy or defective?.

Hi everybody, 2 things that have happened to me. 1 I was on the lockscreen, and when I put in my pattern it didn't recognize my touch. I could only turn it off and on. 2 I was trying to switch apps with the menu/multitasking button. It wouldn't do either for at least 30 seconds. Is this the beginning of worse problems /defective phone , or just glitches and hiccups?.

I'd to know aswell, don't know if this is all devices but i randomly get unresponsive touches and the way i fix it is turn the screen off and back on, another i have is turning off music then when i unplug the headphones the music starts back up at max volume (Funny Story)

Hi, I haven't had the music problem yet, nor have I had another glitch yet. Maybe it was just a hiccup. I just updated the system enchantments update. Hopefully that helps. Once again, thank you for letting me know I'm not the only one with issues of this kind,
