Going to exchage fro 4th Galaxy Nexus

1st Phone - charging didnt work
2nd Phone - DOA at store
3rd - Phone - Market application is missing and phone wont turn on

All from Best Buy.

One more time and then thats it.

I'm wondering is Best Buy got bad stock.

You should exchange it for an iphone! STAT!

There's a lot missing here.

Not discounting this... but you were using the oem charger, and only oem chargers?

100% charge then fired it up? It's in the manual.

Market app may have to update, it's not hard to find. But how did you find the market app is missing if the 3rd didn't turn on.

Interesting and watching. You have some posts, we have had serious trolls here with 1 post with outlandish posts.

Again, not saying you are not having issues. OHHHHH, pull the battery and record the results! The version stamp has been helpful in other samsung phones.

Mine is an 11.11 and has been flawless! (yes, I just pulled my battery for you!)

SKU has changed in the past too.

This forum is killing me man. Why would you want the mod to lock and delete my post..........Its unreal.

Who has time to "troll", I use want my phone to work???? My Epic 4g has has no issues at all.

Phone #1 Purchased at Best Buy Valley Stream, NY. - WONT Charge

Phone #2 - Exchanged at Best Buy in Rego Park, NY - DOA in Store

Phone #3 - Exchanged immediately at Best Buy, Rego park, NY - Missing Market App, Phone has difficulty turning on.


Im going to try a different Best Buy and see whats up.

I personally have Zero time to "troll", whatever that is, I just want the phone to work, plain and simple........This is like the 2nd day of issues at this forum. Its VERY annoying.
