Help Good battery life?

I'm not good at telling good from bad battery life by usage :/ is this good?

Also, what are good charging habits? Wait until battery completely drains? I charge when it's below 40 percent. Is that bad?

that looks bad to me. But it also looks like a normal day on my G Nex which sucks.

As far as charging goes, there's no "bad" with today's battery technology. The devices are designed to only operate in a "good" way as far as battery management goes. Charge it whenever you like as much as you like.

As for life, I don't know anything about CPU spy. I can tell a lot from the battery usage pages...the graph, the screen on time, and the %'s.

Its tough to say without more of the battery info like screen on time, talk time, etc. It SEEMS good in that you've gotten 31+ hours on a charge but its impossible to say without knowing things like how much screen on time, how much streaming, 3G or 4G.... etc.

Also, what exactly is your usage pattern?
