I feel the ui is a little outdated. Have you tried Maildroid it's very nice looking with great features.
The UI on which email app is outdated?
ive seen the app it appears very good. im stuck on maildroid pro
What makes maildroid pro worth that amount of money over the free alternatives like Gmail, K9 etc?
I was wondering that, its a lot of money!
I've used K9 for years, but find the app included with the N2 to be just as good so I'm going with the pre-installed app. The same goes for the calendar app. I'm dumping Jorte in favor of the standard app.

Anyone still using Touchdown? When I first tried Android a couple of years ago it seemed to be the undisputed leader for a full featured email client with good Exchange support? My Note 2 should arrive tomorrow, and I'll probably be looking for a good mail program and wondering of Touchdown should still be on that list?
I am using the default mail app with Exchange, and it seems to work fine for me. Emails are pushed to my phone within seconds. I don't do anything fancy with the emails though. Just read them, and maybe a quick short reply.

I just wish that that particular widget, the calendar one, could be used cross-launcher. I'm using NovaLauncher at the moment (made a custom theme) and sadly it doesn't work with it. So back to Jorte for me.![]()
